We are seeking a dedicated ERP Administrator to oversee the maintenance, configuration, and continuous improvement of the Epicor/Kinetic ERP environment of our client in the manufacturing industry. The ERP Administrator will serve as the in-house subject matter expert, ensuring reliable system performance, collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, and translating those requirements into effective ERP solutions. This role plays a critical part in supporting our manufacturing operations by providing technical support, developing customizations, monitoring system health, and leading upgrades and migration projects.

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of experience as an ERP Administrator with a minimum of 2 years of experience with Epicor/Kinetic ERP software is required. Bachelor's Degree (IT, Computer Science, Accounting, or equivalent experience) or an equivalent amount of related work experience.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

System Administration & Maintenance: Manage user roles and permissions Coordinate with IT for server/virtual environment updates, patches, and monitoring Configuration & Customization: Build and maintain BAQs, BPM scripts, DMT jobs, dashboards, and SSRS reports Develop integrations (REST API, third-party connectors) and C# customizations as needed Support & Troubleshooting: Respond to user issues, troubleshoot errors, and document resolutions in a knowledge base Provide on-call support for critical production or financial system outages Upgrades, Patches & Migrations: Plan, test, and execute ERP service packs, hot-fixes, and version upgrades with minimal downtime Prior involvement in ERP upgrade or data migration projects (e.g., moving from E9/E10 to Kinetic) is preferred Training & Documentation: Create and deliver end-user training materials (guides, tutorials, workshops) for new features or processes Maintain up-to-date system documentation, process flows, and security matrices Collaboration & Continuous Improvement: Partner with operations, finance, and other departments to identify process improvements and ERP optimizations Participate in CI initiatives to enhance workflows and system usage Security & Compliance: Enforce role-based access controls
