Job Description - ICU RN (Night Shift, 13 Weeks) 13-week night shift contract position in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Seeking RNs with
at least 2 years of ICU experience
(required) Will work with a
young and dynamic ICU team , requiring solid clinical and communication skills Key Responsibilities: Assess patients to identify mental, physical, and spiritual needs Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team Provide clear explanations and instructions to patients and their families/responsible persons Use clinical judgment to identify and report changes in patient condition promptly Promote a healthy work environment by managing conflict with professional communication Fulfill responsibilities related to

for patient care Maintain accurate and complete medical records Participate in ongoing education and professional development
Additional Requirements:
Current Illinois RN License CPR/BLS Certification ACLS Certification PALS / NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) Fetal Monitoring OCN (Oncology Certified Nurse)
