We’re a local insurance broker agency committed to helping families and businesses understand their options and feel confident about their coverage. During a busy season, we’re looking for a friendly and organized temporary receptionist to support our office team.
Base pay range
$25.00/hr - $28.00/hr
Role Overview
As the first point of contact for our office, you’ll welcome clients, answer calls, and assist with basic administrative tasks. You'll also proactively call clients to help determine what they need during our open enrollment period, which may include verifying information and scheduling appointments. This is a great role for someone who enjoys interacting with people and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients visiting the office
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Manage mail, packages, and general office correspondence
- Maintain a professional and welcoming front desk environment
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Comfortable using phone systems, email, and basic office software
- Previous reception or administrative experience preferred, but not required
Details
- Temporary position, starting as soon as possible through December 15, 2025.
- Hours: Monday–Friday, 9 am to 5 pm
- Compensation: $25 - $28 per hour
- Option to continue based on business needs
