Job Description
100% Travel (can be anywhere in the U.S. - project durations are typically 18 months to 2 years. Travel home every other weekend) Run/manage project from start to finish Oversee full construction project on a daily bases Coordinate to resolve any problems with materials or methods. Establish and maintain an effective and professional on-site working relationship with Owners, Architects, Consulting Engineers and other parties related to the project. The Successful Applicant
A minimum of 7 years' experience in construction field management/supervision Experience in the construction of large commercial projects is preferred Partnership approach to working with contractors, designers and clients MS Office Suite knowledge and excellent computer skills Proficient in MS Project Scheduling Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Demonstrated ability to build and lead a team Self-motivation with good time management skills Travel is required What's on Offer
Base Salary: $120,000 - $140,000, dependent on experience Bonus (3) Weeks of Paid Time Off (PTO) Car Allowance $3,000 - $7,000/month for travel dependent on state Home at least once a month
