About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator with experience operating front-end loaders and excavators to join our team at our recycling operation. This role plays a vital part in processing reclaimed asphalt materials by crushing large chunks into smaller, reusable rock while maintaining a clean, safe, and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate excavators and front-end loaders safely and efficiently.


• Run daily recycling operations, including loading and crushing asphalt materials.


• Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment.


• Conduct pre-operational checks and report equipment issues.


• Work closely with the Superintendent and team to ensure smooth daily operations.


• Maintain a clean and organized work area.


• Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a culture of safety.


• Show initiative and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience operating both a front-end loader and excavator (required).


• Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with equipment maintenance.


• Excellent communication skills.

Schedule & Pay:

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, starting at 7:00 AM until daily work is completed.


• Starting Pay: $19/hour with opportunities for growth and advancement.
