Your Role at Sana Lake

Sana Lake is expanding rapidly and is seeking an Executive Director of Clinical Services who is passionate about helping individuals and families recover!

The Executive Director of Clinical Operations is a key member of the leadership team responsible for overseeing the clinical operations functions at Sana Lake Recovery Center. This role ensures high-quality, evidence-based care is delivered to members across the continuum of services at the assigned location(s). The Executive Director provides strategic and operational leadership to therapists, counselors, community support specialists, and group facilitators, while ensuring compliance with state regulations, accreditation standards, and organizational policies.

We would love to learn more about you if you: Have a Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related behavioral health field (required). Have a minimum of 10 years progressive leadership and management experience in behavioral health or substance use treatment settings (required) Have minimum of 10 years progressive operations management experience (required). Are licensed to practice in Missouri (i.e., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, Psychologist, or equivalent) (preferred) Are CPR and First Aid Certified Are De-Escalation/Crisis Training Certified Preferred Skills:

Demonstrated experience in clinical operations, program development, and regulatory compliance. Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices for substance use and co-occurring disorders. Proven ability to lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Experience with budgeting, data-driven decision-making, and performance management. Sana Lake People First Philosophy
