This position is located in Bismarck, North Dakota.

Lots of overtime! Time and a half after 40 hours. Seasonal position, which means most of your winters off depending on weather.

Wage range: $24-$28 per hour depending on experience.

We are seeking a seasonal Crusher Operator to join our team. This position allows you to use your winters off to travel, hunt, fish, or pursue other activities while your benefits continue year-round.

Minimum Qualifications: As a successful Crusher / Washplant / Screen Plant Operator, you will have:

• Ability to hold and maintain a driver’s license in accordance with all state regulations
• Knowledge of or past experience in equipment maintenance and operation
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including overtime, possible nights, and some Saturdays

Role Overview: This position is responsible for safely operating machines that convey, wash, crush, and screen aggregate to produce quality sand and gravel at maximum production levels. You should display a professional and courteous attitude with customers and team members. You may also operate a loader to feed conveyors or load trucks.
