3rd Shift Sit Down Forklift Operator - Paying $20/hr!
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Worker to join our team. The successful candidate will operate machinery, maintain accurate records, and ensure the smooth operation of production activities.
Responsibilities
Operate baler on a daily basis.
Record hourly and daily logs of total weight materials.
Document downtime of the baler flow.
Perform physical duties associated with the operation of equipment.
Follow directions from the Area Supervisor regarding daily production and activities.
Perform daily preventive maintenance on equipment as required.
Adhere to the dress code and ensure compliance with proper personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
Work independently in the absence of direct supervision.
Essential Skills
Experience in production and general labor.
Proficiency in operating a forklift.
Experience with machine operation and using hand tools.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Must have experience with sit-down forklifts.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to organize, plan, and prioritize work efficiently.
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
Willingness to work overtime and weekends when necessary.

Work Environment
Work in a non-climate-controlled environment on the 3rd shift from 11 pm to 7 am, Monday through Friday. Adherence to the dress code and PPE compliance is mandatory.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dallas, Texas.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
