Job Title: Hadrware PMO

The project to manage is the development aspect of E³1.2/CI.8min inhouse development. This involves development streams for IVI HW, SW and applications in the infotainment
connect domain and to showcase progress to executive and C-Suite level stakeholders. Two main clusters of responsibilities are technical program management and overall project management.
Support creation and drive planning and tracking of the technical streams in IVI Stack (CI.8min) for HW, SW and App development across US and DE teams using a bi-weekly milestone roadmap and productivity metrics.
Coordinate up to 3 vehicle demonstration events by end of 2025, including PoC build readiness, slides/content prep, and stakeholder briefings.
Maintain a weekly progress tracker covering cost, milestones, tech readiness, and quality; publish monthly variance reports with corrective actions. Create and distribute a standardized weekly report on HW/SW/App development status and risk tracking.
Help organize workshops, working sessions and weekly program status update meetings to track progress, solve blockers and escalate where necessary
Work with the engineering, product, finance and purchasing teams and delivery unit and infotainment teams at the brands
Drive transparency and accountability on actual vs. planned progress through structured reporting, milestone tracking, and cross-team collaboration.
