Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Milpitas, CA for a Sr/Staff Hardware Engineer. The Sr/Staff Hardware Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing hardware subsystems for advanced test instruments. Day-to-day tasks include circuit design, developing electronics hardware, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the performance and reliability of products. The engineer will also be involved in troubleshooting and fixing hardware issues.

Qualifications

• Skills in Hardware Development and Electronics Hardware Design
• Proficiency in Analog Circuit Design, small signal amplifiers, and PHY layer characterization
• Experience in general Hardware tasks
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the test and measurement industry is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
