Job Responsibilities Craft Individualized Treatment Plans: Assess patients' unique needs and formulate tailored therapy strategies to help them achieve their functional outcomes. Implement Therapeutic Interventions: Employ research-supported techniques to improve patients' motor abilities, cognitive functions, and daily activities. Collaborate with Multi-disciplinary Teams: Work in close partnership with OTs, PTs, STs, healthcare providers, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive, all-encompassing care. Guide Patients and Families: Educate patients and their caregivers on therapeutic methods to encourage ongoing progress at home. Document and Evaluate Progress: Monitor clinical results and adapt treatment plans as required, ensuring patients stay on their recovery trajectory. Qualifications

Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized educational institution Continuing education or advanced certifications are welcomed and supported Certifications

Valid

Occupational Therapist (OTR/L)

license NBCOT

(National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory Skills
