Job Details
- Job Title: Recruiter (Contract / Contract-to-Hire)
- Location: Dallas-Fort Worth, TX (100% Onsite)
- Compensation: $55,000 - $75,000/year (depending on experience)
- Benefits: Eligible for Dental, Vision, Medical, 401(k) after 60 days on contract
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to meet staffing needs through full-cycle recruiting
- Source, screen, and manage candidates throughout the hiring process
- Operate in a fast-paced environment with high-volume or deadline-driven demands
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in recruiting (agency or corporate)
- Proven success in sourcing, screening, and managing candidates throughout the hiring process
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work 100% onsite in the Dallas-Fort Worth area
- Experience working in high-volume or deadline-driven environments preferred
- Familiarity with ATS systems and sourcing tools a plus
