Job Summary
Our Ethos Talent Acquisition team is expanding, and we are seeking a full-time Recruiter (REMOTE) to drive hiring efforts within one of our growing divisions. In this role, you will be a key partner in sourcing, engaging, and placing top talent across our organization. From job postings and proactive outreach to interviews, offer negotiations, and onboarding, you'll manage the full-cycle recruitment process while ensuring a seamless, high-touch candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Source, engage, and place top talent, including identifying high-performing internal employees for mobility opportunities within Ethos.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer negotiation.
- Proactively source top talent using job boards, professional networks, social media, and direct outreach.
- Conduct initial screenings to assess clinical experience, qualifications, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules, provide timely feedback, and ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Support new hires during onboarding, including I-9 verifications and 30-day check-ins.
- Partner with newly promoted employees to provide transition support and coaching.
- Maintain a high standard of candidate engagement with regular, professional communication.
- Keep accurate candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and track recruitment metrics.
- Stay informed about industry trends to recommend best practices.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to understand regional hiring needs and role requirements.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Human Resources, or related field (preferred).
Experience:
- 2+ years of recruiting experience required, preferably within healthcare or insurance industry.
- Expertise in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing strategies, and behavioral interviewing.
- Proficient in sourcing passive candidates via platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and niche job boards.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for building strong candidate and stakeholder relationships.
Working Conditions
This position is 100% remote, with required availability during standard business hours (consideration may be given to the candidate's local time zone). Occasional overtime may be requested during peak business periods to meet critical deadlines. This role requires a dedicated workspace with reliable internet. The role involves prolonged periods of sitting, operating a computer, and communicating via phone and email.
