The Role

At Extend, we operate in a progressive hiring environment in which hiring the best -- versus “making the hire” -- guides everything we do. Recruiters who thrive here are adept at coaching and partnering with their hiring teams: defining what the best looks like for a given role, and executing the recruitment strategy to bring the hires across the finish line. We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our team and help us build a world-class organization. In this role, you\'ll report to the VP, People and be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, with a focus on sourcing, engaging, and hiring top talent for our Revenue and Product & Engineering teams. We’ll look to you to provide talent market expertise, data, and business acumen to identify and attract the best. You will play a crucial role in building our talent pipeline and will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our growth and culture. This is a role for a highly motivated recruiter, who is proactive and passionate about problem-solving and driving business solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for our Revenue and Product & Engineering organizations, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and executive leadership to understand their team's needs and provide strategic guidance on hiring.
  • Utilize Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter and other tech to manage your pipeline, track progress, and report on key metrics.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Extend, effectively communicating our mission, values, and culture.
  • Maintain a fast-paced, results-oriented approach to recruiting, consistently meeting and exceeding hiring goals.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to candidates, proactively keeping them engaged and "warm" throughout the recruiting process.
  • May support other roles and departments as needed based on bandwidth.

What We’re Looking For

  • 8-10 years of experience recruiting for start-ups in the tech industry, with a strong focus on Revenue and Product & Engineering hiring.
  • Expertise in developing and executing effective sourcing strategies and direct candidate outreach.
  • Hands-on experience with Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with and advise executives on hiring decisions and talent strategy.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building strong relationships.
  • A track record of thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • A passion for delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
