Base pay range

$40,000.00/yr - $50,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

• Identify and attract top talent for entry-level and experienced positions
• Source and evaluate candidate profiles using multiple methods (social media platforms including Facebook and LinkedIn, job postings, inbound applications, targeted outreach, networking events, and job fairs)
• Interview prospective candidates and coordinate next steps with the hiring manager(s)
• Provide regular updates to candidates on their candidacy status
• Document and track recruiting activities using the internal ATS and other applications
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future openings
• Organize community events to enhance the company’s presence in the local region

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma required
• Previous recruiting experience, client-facing or high-touch customer-facing experience
• Outgoing and energetic personality with enthusiasm for community outreach; represents the office in North Wilkesboro and surrounding areas
• High-volume recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment is a plus
• Knowledge of various recruiting sources and methods
• Familiarity with employment regulations and laws is a plus
• Strong professionalism, organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and a sense of urgency
