Were looking for a results-driven Recruiter to help us attract, engage, and hire top-tier talent across GTM, product, and operations roles. Youll be a core part of our People team and play a pivotal role in building a diverse, high-performing organization as we scale.

Day in the Life

• Own full-cycle recruiting for roles across sales, marketing, customer success, product, and more
• Partner with hiring managers to scope roles, define success profiles, and run efficient processes
• Source passive candidates via LinkedIn, networking, and creative channels
• Ensure a seamless, white-glove experience for every candidate
• Track key recruiting metrics and provide data-driven insights to hiring teams
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of future talent
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of recruiting
  
  

Who You Are

• 25 years of full-cycle recruiting experience (startup or SaaS experience strongly preferred)
• Proven success hiring across a variety of roles and functions
• Skilled at sourcing and outreach you know how to find and engage great candidates
• Highly organized and able to juggle multiple open roles at once
• Clear, persuasive communicator both written and verbal
• Comfortable with a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Passionate about people, culture, and building strong teams
  
  

Nice To Have

• Experience with Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and/or Gem
• Familiarity with hourly workforce or restaurant industry is a plus
• Experience hiring globally (e.g., Philippines, Singapore) is a plus

Salary Range: In compliance with the California Pay Transparency Law, the salary range for this role is $120,000-$140,000 in San Francisco. This range is not inclusive of our discretionary bonus or equity package. When determining a candidates compensation, we consider a number of factors including skillset, experience, job scope, and current market data.
