Responsibilities of the Recruiter include, but are not limited to:
• Recruit for assigned job opportunities
• Interface with hiring managers to determine job requirements in order to build job descriptions
• Train managers on new hire processes
• Post job descriptions using Infor Applicant Tracking System, Indeed, Zip Recruiter, LinkedIn, state job boards, agencies, colleges/universities, and other mediums
• Review and source resumes that meet job requirements
• Provide communication and updates on positions/selected candidates to hiring manager
• Call and screen potential candidates that meet job requirements
• Coordinate onsite interviews
• Draft and extend offer letters
• Coordinate and track screening process
• Organize and attend university career fairs and conference
• Keep up to date on company policies and procedure
• Provide other general administrative support to the department as needed

Qualifications of the Recruiter include, but are not limited to:
• 1-2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a related industry
• Previous experience using employer job boards and/or an Applicant Tracking System is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly detail oriented with strong organization skills
• Ability to meet deadlines with a sense of urgency and accuracy
• Must be computer literate in MS Word and Excel

Physical Demand: Sitting for extended periods of time

Shift Time/Overtime: Monday-Friday, with option to work a hybrid schedule - 3 days working from home

Education: Bachelor's degree preferred
