HIRING FOR MEDICAL ASSEMBLERS IN PLYMOUTH AND MINNETONKA! 1ST AND 2ND SHIFT!

$18.75/HOUR - 1ST SHIFT

$19.25/HOUR - 2ND SHIFT

Responsibilities

Produce high-quality medical devices within a manufacturing cell.

Perform assembly, repair, and testing operations under close supervision.

Follow standardized procedures for routine assignments.

Ensure job documentation is accurate and current.

Communicate clearly with all levels of manufacturing management both in writing and verbally.

Maintain a positive attitude with internal and external customers, such as during facility tours.

Adhere to safety guidelines and use appropriate safety devices.

Participate in continuous improvement and quality initiatives.

Maintain accurate records for traceability and quality assurance.

Demonstrate a basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles.

Collaborate with supervisors and managers to set and monitor goals and performance metrics, including divisional initiatives like QMS and EMS, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Essential Skills

Ability to read, comprehend, and follow written procedures and verbal instructions.

Proficiency in using electronic data collection systems and computer software.

Skill in prioritizing tasks based on importance and sequence.

Ability to handle and maneuver small components and parts.

Capability to make critical decisions with minimal supervision.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Work Environment

Work in a cleanroom environment with a dress code that requires non-shedding fabrics and clothing that fits under lab coats or gowns. The work schedule is from 4:00 PM to 2:30 AM. Safety and precision are key, with specific guidelines on clothing, grooming, and safety to maintain a high standard in medical device production.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.25 - $19.25/hr.
