Responsibilities

  • Market the organization effectively to prospective candidates, highlighting team environment and opportunities
  • Collaborate with departments involved in provider recruitment to ensure integrity and efficacy
  • Source applicants from various channels, including online databases and recruitment conferences
  • Pre-screen candidates to assess qualifications and experience, and coordinate interviews
  • Represent the organization at conferences, job fairs, and residency events to establish rapport with potential candidates

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive healthcare recruitment experience, specializing in full-cycle physician recruitment
  • Strong relationship-building skills with physicians
  • Proficiency in sourcing candidates through diverse channels
  • Must excel in clear communication, both written and verbal

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a hospital or healthcare setting
  • Experience in negotiating and securing signed employment agreements
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Willingness to travel within the US to clinics and recruitment outreach events
