Job Description Craft Tailored Therapy Plans: Assess patients' needs and create personalized treatment strategies to support them in achieving their functional aspirations Implement Therapeutic Approaches: Apply evidence-based practices to enhance patients' physical abilities, cognitive functions, and daily activities Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Partner closely with other OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and care staff to ensure a comprehensive and holistic approach to care Mentor Patients and Families: Teach patients and caregivers essential therapy techniques to promote continued progress at home Track and Document Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and modify treatments as needed, ensuring patients maintain their growth trajectory Education

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution Encouragement and support for continuing education or post-graduate certifications Certifications

Active

Occupational Therapist (OTR/L)

license required NBCOT

(National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is a must Skills
