Description
- Engage in full-cycle recruiting including interviews and reference checks.
- Conduct orientations for new employees.
- Handle exit interviews and process changes in employee status.
- Utilize standard concepts and practices within the field.
- Exercise creativity and latitude in planning and accomplishing goals.
- Work under general supervision.
- Report to a supervisor or manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and interview potential candidates.
- Check references and extend job offers.
- Conduct employee orientations.
- Perform exit interviews and update employee status.
- Plan and accomplish goals with limited oversight.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 2-4 years of experience in recruiting or a related area.
- Familiarity with standard recruiting practices and procedures.
