J&J Snack Foods is hiring: HR Analyst in Mount Laurel Township

Overview

We’re looking for an experienced HR Analyst to support and maintain our UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) platform (formerly UltiPro/Kronos). This role focuses on ensuring system accuracy, compliance, and seamless integration with HR, Payroll, and Operations.

Essential Functions

• Configure and maintain UKG Pro WFM modules (Timekeeping, Scheduling, Absence Management).
• Manage and update pay rules, work rules, accruals, and scheduling patterns.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and data errors; manage integrations and exceptions.
• Conduct audits and validations for accuracy and compliance.
• Support upgrades, testing, and patch deployments.
• Maintain user access roles and permissions (Auto Assignment Rules, Access Profiles, Display Profiles).
• Assist with system integrations and interface management between UKG Pro WFM and other systems.
• Develop and maintain custom reports using Hyperfinds, Dataviews, Cognos/BI.
• Document configurations, procedures and troubleshooting steps.
• Collaborate across departments to translate business needs into system solutions.
• Research and apply UKG enhancements and best practices.
• Support additional HR programs, including Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Compliance Training, and Compensation Planning.
• Configure, maintain, and report on these programs to align with organizational policies and objectives.

Education and Experience

Required Education:

• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.

Required Experience:

• 3+ years’ experience with UKG Pro WFM, Kronos, or similar platforms.
• Strong knowledge of timekeeping, pay rules, scheduling, accruals, and labor compliance.
• Skilled in Excel, data queries, and system troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with UKG reporting tools (Cognos/BI).
• Understanding of FLSA and local labor laws; multi-location or union experience a plus.
• Experience in multi-location, Union and Non-Union environments.

Salary

US Salary Pay Range

$1 - $95,000 USD
