Position Overview:
Albany Medical Center is seeking a skilled and experienced Emergency Department RN for a 13-week night shift assignment. The ED is a high-acuity environment where nurses must be prepared to manage a wide range of emergency medical conditions with urgency, precision, and professionalism. Certifications & Requirements:
Active NY RN License
(must be current at time of submission) BLS (AHA) Epic EMR Experience - Required Navy Blue Scrubs - Required Must reside outside restricted local counties
(local candidates not accepted as of 1/11/2024) Experience Required:
Minimum
2 years of recent Emergency Department experience Proven ability to respond quickly and effectively in critical situations Must be confident in triaging, prioritizing care, and working in a fast-paced Level I trauma environment Skills & Competencies:
