What You'll Do
- Lead, develop, and inspire a multi-disciplinary HR team covering Employee Relations, Benefits, Recruiting, Payroll, and HR Operations
- Partner with senior leadership and department heads to align HR strategy with organizational goals and patient-centered care
- Drive compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, ensuring risk mitigation and audit readiness
- Oversee talent management: workforce planning, recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, and retention initiatives
- Implement and improve HR systems, processes, and policies to deliver seamless employee experiences
- Act as a trusted advisor and culture builder, setting the tone for a high-performance, inclusive workplace
- 7+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including direct people management
- Healthcare industry and/or non-profit experience strongly preferred (hospital, clinical, or large healthcare system)
- Expertise in employee relations, compliance, benefits, and organizational development
- A proven record of building or transforming HR functions into strategic business partners
- Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills - you can sit at the executive table and be heard
- Bachelor's degree required; HR certification (SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR) strongly preferred
