HVAC Project Manager/Estimator
to join our Denver team. This role is key to driving successful projects, ensuring profitability, and building lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed estimates for commercial and industrial HVAC projects ($25K – $2M+). Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout, including kickoff, purchasing, submittals, scheduling, and customer communication. Oversee daily project execution to ensure jobs are completed safely, on time, on budget, and to high-quality standards. Build and foster relationships with owners, GCs, and engineers to secure repeat work. Monitor budgets, schedules, and field productivity; provide regular progress updates to leadership. Overview of HVAC field crews and coordination of subcontractors. Ensure adherence to company safety procedures at all times. Qualifications
5+ years of commercial HVAC experience (installation, service, or project management). 2+ years of estimating and/or project management experience preferred. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, sheet metal, and mechanical construction practices. Field foreman/lead installer experience with interest in moving into PM/estimating considered. Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Procore, Bluebeam, or similar software a plus. Education
Degree in Construction Management or related field preferred but not required. Equivalent HVAC field experience strongly considered. Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $85,000 – $120,000 (based on experience). Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance
