City: NYC, NY Onsite/ Hybrid/ Remote: Hybrid (4 days onsite) Duration : 12 months
Rate Range : Up to$60.5/hr on W2 depending on experience (no C2C or 1099 or sub-contract)
Work Authorization : GC, USC, All valid EADs except OPT, CPT, H1B
Must Have: 2-4 years of hands-on paid search advertising experience Google Ads expertise Experience with Search Ads 360 (SA360), DoubleClick Search, or Bing/Microsoft Ads Experience with direct response campaigns Strong knowledge of keyword targeting, ad copy, bidding strategies, and campaign optimization Ability to leverage analytics tools and real-time data to drive optimization Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Nice to Have:
Experience with Universal App Campaigns (UAC) and Apple Search Ads Bilingual Spanish proficiency Responsibilities: Develop and implement paid search strategies to drive subscriber acquisition, conversion, and efficiency Manage campaigns across major search channels (Google, Bing, Apple Search) Oversee campaign structure, optimization, and ad copy development Optimize budgets across platforms to deliver positive ROI and marketing spend efficiency Track, monitor, and optimize campaign performance against KPIs Research, build, and test new audience segments (retargeting, lookalikes, custom audiences, etc.) Partner with analytics to leverage real-time data for continuous campaign improvements Support creative and landing page experimentation and testing Develop and maintain QA processes for campaigns Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience 2+ years of experience in paid search advertising; global experience a plus Deep knowledge of Google Ads, SA360, Bing Ads, and Apple Search Ads Experience with 3rd-party campaign management platforms (e.g., SA360) Proven ability to design and execute direct response campaigns Strong analytical mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions Excellent planning, prioritization, and organizational skills Flexible and adaptable with a positive, team-oriented attitude Strong communication skills with ability to present campaign insights clearly
