Purpose

Reporting to the Head of FP&A, the Senior Analyst of Workforce Planning & Operations plays a critical role in scaling PANTHERx's operations as we continue to serve more patients across more programs in the rare and orphan space. As a key cross-functional partner, this individual is responsible for improving operational processes, building and maintaining robust reporting frameworks, leading workforce planning activities including headcount forecasting, staffing models and capacity planning, and leveraging data to identify actionable opportunities for continuous improvement, all while ensuring we continue to deliver industry leading service levels and patient NPS.

This role is a hands-on problem solver and collaborative team player with strong quantitative and qualitative skills, a strong sense of ownership and urgency, and an unwavering work ethic, who can create strong relationships across the organization and manage up and down effectively. A proven track record of utilizing analytical skills to drive continuous operational improvement and excellence is a must, and an understanding of the healthcare ecosystem is essential. This is a hybrid role with in-office presence a minimum of three days per week.

Responsibilities Supports the development and maintenance of the workforce capacity model. Partners with leaders in Pharmacy Operations, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), HR, and Finance to assist in creating and implementing staffing models and headcount forecasts that help ensure PANTHERx is appropriately staffed to serve patients across new and existing programs. Builds, maintains, tracks, and leverages productivity metrics to proactively, dynamically and flexibly manage and balance staffing and capacity between programs on a recurring basis for both mature and recent launches. Monitors actual performance against forecasted volumes and headcount, identifies variances and makes recommendations for adjustments as needed to support service levels and efficiency goals. Flags workforce risks and escalates to leaders. Partners with operations and technology to identify and execute on opportunities to better leverage technology to improve patient experience as well as operational efficiency and data collection and management. Works with cross-functional teams including pharmacists, technicians, and IT professionals to evaluate existing processes and identify opportunities for optimization and automation. Actively participates in process improvement initiatives, contributing insights and recommendations to drive continuous enhancement of operational performance and patient care delivery. Leverages KPIs and data to proactively monitor efficacy of process and technology changes to assess their impact on operational performance, making adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes. Works with data and analytics team to develop and maintain comprehensive performance metrics dashboards to monitor key operational indicators, identify trends, and assess performance against established benchmarks. Collects, analyzes, and interprets data related to pharmacy operations, including but not limited to medication dispensing, order fulfillment, service levels and patient outcomes. Generates regular reports and presentations to communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders at various levels of the organization. Additional duties as assigned. Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics Healthcare Administration, or related field. Minimum of three (3) years of experience in workforce planning. Advanced Excel, Microsoft Office and data visualization skills (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Strong analytical skills with expertise in financial modeling and workforce planning tools. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey large amounts of complex technical information clearly and effectively to diverse stakeholders and align individual projects with broader organizational objectives. Collaborative team player with demonstrated ability to accomplish tasks across functional groups of stakeholders and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving, diagnostic, and analytical skills; adept at turning insights into practical, results-driven recommendations, even under pressure. Possesses a positive attitude, strong work ethic and ability to build trust and confidence with a wide range of stakeholders. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with ability to influence others and drive results. Exceptional organizational skills with demonstrated commitment to excellence, strong accountability and ability to meet deadlines and deliverables while ensuring consistently high-quality work product. Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in specialty pharmacy. Strong understanding of pharmacy regulations, compliance requirements, and quality assurance principles, with knowledge of rare disease management considered a plus.

This job operates in a professional office or home environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers.
