About the Role
We're looking for an AI GTM Engineer to help shape how we use data, signals, and AI to accelerate growth at Descope. You'll partner closely with our GTM teams to design automations, workflows, and AI-powered tools that drive more efficient pipeline generation, sharper account targeting, and stronger conversion of our inbound and PLG funnels. This will initially be a 2-3 month contract (TBD upon discussion) and has potential to become converted into a full-time position.
What You'll Work On Building and refining workflows that combine real-time signals, firmographic/technographic data, and customer behavior to improve targeting and prioritization. Prototyping AI agents and automations using tools like OpenAI, Claude, Zapier, or Clay to help us accelerate different GTM motions (i.e. improving inbound prospecting to quickly turn MQLs into qualified pipeline. Improving visibility into "hot accounts" across both inbound and free-tier PLG motions so GTM teams know exactly where to focus. You tell us: if you identify a high-impact project during your internship, pitch it, scope it, and run with it. Owning projects end-to-end: scoping, building, testing, and iterating based on impact. We use Clay to create real time enrichments and bring in insightful technographic, firmographic data and tie it all together to make it actionable - we want to create more specific workflows Work with cross functional teammates to identify, develop and manage end to end prospecting campaigns Improve our email/mobile number enrichment automations Strengthen inbound prospecting workflows to improve MQL → pipeline conversion rates. Create real-time alerts for GTM teams on high-potential free-tier users primed for conversion. Build smarter account scoring and prioritization frameworks powered by signals and enrichment to improve our outbound prospection motion. Fine tune our cold email research copilot that takes prospect/company data and drafts message variations tailored to different personas.
