Compass One Healthcare is hiring: CASHIER (PART TIME) in Seguin

Overview

We are hiring immediately for a part-time CASHIER position at Guadalupe Regional Medical Center, 1215 East Court, Seguin, TX 78155. Note: online applications accepted only. Schedule: Saturday and Sunday, 6:00 am to 4:00 pm. Prior cashier experience is required. Pay range: $13.25 to $15.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Perform sales transactions in a timely fashion.
• Enter all sales into the cash register to ensure purchases are accurately recorded.
• Make change, accept declining balance cards and other acceptable forms of payment; issue receipts to customers.
• Follow standard procedures for issuing cash refunds.
• Interact with customers and resolve customer complaints in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Be responsible for all assigned change funds and cash receipts, ensuring that the cash drawer is in compliance with overage/shortage standards.
• Observe customer purchases in the cafe line and differentiate between standard portions.
• Replenish condiments, coffee, other beverages and general supplies while maintaining cleanliness of service areas.
• Keep pastry case stocked and ensure compliance with company service standards and inventory and cash control procedures.
• Adhere to all sanitation, ServSafe and safety requirements.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Prior cashier experience is required.
