In this role, you will provide :
Direct personal care
Mobility assistance
Nutritional support
Light housekeeping
Basic Clinical Obersvations within the patient's home
Shift:
Casual Part-Time, Days
Qualifications What you'll bring:
Oregon-licensed CNA
Current American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Providers required within 30 days of hire.
A high school diploma or GED
Home Health Aide certificate course required within 6 months of hire
Car insurance and ability to provide own transportation, with a clean MVR
