This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates or professionals with up to two years of experience in healthcare or IT. As an Informatics Associate, you'll support the deployment and training of clinical software solutions across hospital systems. The position involves extensive travel-primarily in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware-with occasional assignments across the Americas.

You'll work directly with clinical and technical teams to configure software, train u , and troubleshoot issues. The role requires strong communication skills, adaptability, and a proactive mindset to support both day-to-day operations and special projects.

Required Skills & Experience

A degree or background in entry level healthcare (tech, nurses aid) can be helpful Any type of science degree or IT degree can be helpful Willingness and ability to travel extensively (70%+) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to new environments

Prior experience in IT or healthcare settings Experience working in client-facing or field-based roles
