Part-Time Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant - Must Speak Spanish

OPEN POSITION:
Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Primary Care
SCHEDULE: - Part-Time - Exact Hours Negotiable - No Nights - No Weekends - No Holidays
CLINIC HOURS: - Monday to Friday - 8:00am to 5:00pm - 1-Hour Lunch Break
COMPENSATION: - $85 to $100 per Hour, dependent upon experience - Malpractice Insurance - Other Benefits Negotiable
LOCATION: - San Jose, California - Arbuckle / Tropicana area

Appproximately 95% of their patients are Spanish-speaking and their mission is to deliver the most affordable, high quality healthcare possible to the local Hispanic community.
POSITION DESCRIPTION: The Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant provides routine, low-acuity medical services, seeing an average of 15 to 20 patients per day.
The services of the clinic include, but are not limited to:
- routine primary care - annual physicals - sick visits - minor injury care
The clinic uses CarbyOS, an AI-powered EMR designed to reduce administrative burden.
The Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant will be supported by a medical assistant who helps with all patient visits, including charting and documentation.
Approximately 95% of patients are Spanish-speaking and the new APP must be fluent in Spanish.
REQUIREMENTS: - California NP or PA license - ability to see patients of all ages - 1+ year relevant experience preferred - new graduates considered on an individual basis - must speak fluent Spanish
