Executive Administrative Assistant. Our client is seeking a highly organized and adaptable Executive Administrative Assistant to provide critical support to senior leadership in Infrastructure Services Engineering. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, balancing complex scheduling, travel coordination, and cross-functional event planning with precision and professionalism. This role communicates effectively, manages competing priorities, and contributes to both operational excellence and community impact initiatives.

This role is onsite in Atlanta, Georgia.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and organizational planning for senior leaders.
  • Coordinate international travel logistics, including itineraries and documentation.
  • Prepare and track expense reports, budgets, and vendor purchase orders.
  • Support event planning efforts, including leadership meetings, volunteer events, and community outreach.
  • Draft, edit, and organize documents, presentations, and internal communications.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience supporting senior leaders as an administrative assistant.
  • Proven expertise in calendar management, budget tracking, and expense reporting.
  • Experience booking international travel and handling related logistics.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Background in event coordination or community/non-profit engagement is a plus.

Compensation: Up to $28.17/hr. (DOE)
