Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced
Brand Marketing Manager
to join their team in a
contractor capacity . This is a
confidential opportunity
with a well-established brand in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) space. The ideal candidate brings both strategic and hands-on marketing expertise and thrives in a lean, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities Lead and deliver branded programs, including brand restage, repositioning, communications, and NPD (New Product Development) pipeline development & delivery. Develop, manage, and execute the annual budget and 3-year strategic plan. Oversee and manage the marketing budget for the branded portfolio, ensuring optimal ROI. Monitor brand performance and define action plans to ensure continued growth. Manage internal and external stakeholders (IAT), building strong collaborative relationships. Lead and develop one direct report, fostering growth and capability building. Experience & Skills Requirements
7-10 years of experience in the
FMCG industry , with a proven track record in
Brand Management
in decision-making roles. Strong ability to interpret the market from both
trade and consumer lenses . Proven
analytical and strategic thinking
skills, with experience shaping brand strategy and execution. Entrepreneurial mindset with a "can-do" attitude and the ability to thrive in a lean organizational structure. Experience leading
cross-functional teams , delivering projects from strategy through execution. Strong ability to cope with uncertainty, pivot quickly, and embrace change. Previous
line management
experience. Preferred / Nice-to-Have Qualifications
Previous
sales or trade/shopper marketing
experience. Experience working in a
matrix environment . Exposure to working with
international HQ .
