You will assist servers in taking care of guests in a unique and upscale entertainment-dining venue offering a Bistro, Bowling, and Bocce. Serving Italian/American cuisine from our scratch kitchen, an extensive wine list, local craft beers, and handcrafted cocktails, you will be instrumental in providing an amazing guest experience while enjoying great earning potential in a fun environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide memorable guest service and support to servers during service.
- Assist and work with other team members to ensure that the restaurant operates efficiently.
- Help personalize the guest experience and ensure smooth service flow.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation; contribute to venue setup, stocking, and breakdown.
- Be knowledgeable about venue setup, cleanliness, and aesthetics.
- Participate in setup, stocking, and breakdown as needed throughout the shift.
Requirements
- Previous restaurant experience is preferable but not required; our training program will set every team member up for success.
- Provides memorable guest service
- Able to answer questions about Pinstripes and the guest experience
- Assist and work with other team members to ensure that the restaurant is operated efficiently
- Help personalize the experience
- Maintain a clean working environment
- Must have the ability to provide excellent customer service
- Ability to be on your feet for up to 6 hours
- Must always be neat in appearance and follow uniform and grooming guidelines
