Pay Range: $18.50+ per hour
Salary offers are based on relevant skills, training, experience, education, and certifications, with market and organizational factors considered. Successful candidates may be eligible for an annual performance bonus.

Responsibilities
- Collect specimens according to established procedures (e.g., drug screens, biometric screening, insurance exams).
- Administer oral solutions according to training.
- Research test/client information and verify orders using lab systems and approved tools.
- Navigate a computer and accurately enter data.
- Obtain identification and enter billing information; collect payments when required following policy.
- Process specimens: labeling, centrifuging, aliquoting, freezing, and preparing for transport as required.
- Perform non-patient facing duties: inventory, stock supplies, sanitizing, filing, phones, emails.
- Read, understand, and comply with departmental policies and procedures.
- Assist with statistics/data submission when required.
- Maintain phlebotomy logs and related records in a timely manner.
- Complete training courses timely.
Qualifications
- Three years phlebotomy experience (including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections).
- Keyboard/data entry experience.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime.
- Must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and clean driving record if applicable.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Medical training (medical assistant or paramedic) preferred.
- Phlebotomy certification preferred; required in California, Nevada, and Washington.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
