Job Description The RN will work in a
Family Medicine/Clinic setting
and also take on
administrative duties . Responsibilities include: Providing patient care and clinical support in a family medicine/clinic environment. Supervising LPNs and ensuring smooth clinic operations. Performing administrative tasks such as answering phones, assisting at the front desk, stocking supplies, and preparing rooms. No on-call requirements. Must note
all requested time off
at submission (max 5 days, fewer preferred).
Ax Eligibility & Requirements Requirement Details Experience 2+ years current Family Medicine/Clinic RN experience – Required Triage Phone Triage experience – Required Charting/EMR EPIC – Highly Preferred Travel Experience Previous travel – Preferred Other Must have own vehicle; Permanent address required in profile RTO Must be declared at submission (no changes after) Certifications BLS (AHA) – Required License NH or Compact RN license – must be in hand at profile upload Profile Must Include Work history, skills checklist (≤1 yr old), 1 supervisory reference (within past 2 yrs), license/certs
