Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Incident Response Analyst to address escalated security events, lead critical security incident responses, and develop comprehensive forensic analyses to safeguard our digital environment. This role involves the coordination of incident response plans, the development and maintenance of playbooks, and the enhancement of our security posture through innovative solutions such as AI and Large Language Models. The ideal candidate will play a key role in our team by delivering impactful stakeholder communications, partnering with engineering teams to fine-tune threat detections, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the response to escalated security incidents, coordinating with relevant teams and executing Incident Response Plans. Perform detailed forensic analysis across host, network, and cloud infrastructures to identify the root cause and impact of security threats. Develop, maintain, and improve incident response playbooks and runbooks for timely and compliant actions. Design and implement automated security workflows using platforms like Workato and ServiceNow. Collaborate with internal teams (Compliance, Legal, Risk) to align incident response workflows with business and regulatory requirements.
Must Have Skills:
Strong experience in incident response and digital forensics, especially in a cybersecurity-focused role. Proficient in developing automation and workflows, ideally with experience in Workato and ServiceNow platforms. Deep understanding of AWS infrastructure security and proficiency in AI technologies for enhancing security operations.
Domain Experience Required: Experience with public cloud services (AWS preferred), as well as a solid understanding of AI applications in security operations, is essential for this role. Industry certifications in cybersecurity (e.g., GCIH, GCFA, AWS Security Specialty) are highly valued.
