We are seeking a
Landscape Maintenance Service Technician
to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, wants to master their craft, and is excited to grow within a supportive, people-first company.
Position Summary
The Service Technician is responsible for completing residential and commercial landscape maintenance tasks safely, efficiently, and to company standards. This role includes operating equipment, performing detailed landscape care, and working as part of a crew to deliver excellent results for our clients.
Key Responsibilities Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, pruning, and plant care Operate landscaping equipment safely and effectively Ensure all work meets company quality and safety standards Support Crew Leader and team members in daily operations Communicate effectively with teammates and supervisors Represent the company with professionalism, teamwork, and pride Qualifications
Previous landscaping or grounds maintenance experience preferred (but we're willing to train the right person) Ability to operate and maintain landscaping equipment Dependability, integrity, and strong attention to detail Positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn Valid driver's license preferred What Success Looks Like in 6-12 Months
You consistently complete tasks safely, efficiently, and to high quality standards You show growing skill and confidence in using landscaping equipment and tools Clients notice and appreciate the pride you take in your work You've gained new skills and are ready for more responsibility within the crew You live out our company values every day-hard work, teamwork, and care for people and property What We Offer

Benefits & Pay
The pay range for this position is $18.00 to $22.00 and is dependent on your experience as a lawncare or landscaping professional.
