Compensation/Benefits:

First year salary amount: $139,734 based on a 1.0 FTE Employment bonus

Relocation financial assistance with access to relocation vendors such as home finding services, rental housing and household moving services.

Select from one of three health and medical benefit plans.

Two retirement savings accounts, 403(b) & 401(a), with an optional third 457(b) plan for those who qualify.

Position Highlights:

4-day work week! Clinic is open Monday - Friday, 8am - 6pm.

Priority care embedded within a primary care clinic

Capable of ALL types of procedures; all ages

Rapid response team from the ED available 24/7 for your patients

Onsite behavioral health, social work, ACC clinic, Imaging/MRI/Ultrasound, and diabetes education/nutrition
