About the Role
The Company is seeking a passionate and experienced Director of Compensation Strategy to join our team. In this pivotal position, you will spearhead the development and execution of our comprehensive compensation strategy, which encompasses salary, bonuses, commissions, and equity programs. As a key advisor to senior leadership, you will ensure that our compensation packages are competitive, equitable, and fully aligned with our talent philosophy.
Your expertise will shine as you design innovative compensation structures, particularly for sales commission plans, and oversee essential processes such as compensation benchmarking, planning cycles, and compliance with pertinent laws and regulations.
The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in compensation, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. We are looking for someone with a proven track record in variable compensation design, robust knowledge of compensation analytics, and a strong background in fast-paced, high-growth, and global environments.
Excellent communication, analytical prowess, and outstanding stakeholder management skills are crucial for success in this role. A strategic yet hands-on approach is essential, along with the ability to lead a high-performing team. You will embody the company’s values of trust, ambition, quality, and compassionate leadership.
