$20.26 - $26.34/hour. Compensation is based on relevant experience. Summary:
Join our dedicated team and develop essential skills to succeed in entry-level sterile processing functions. Responsibilities: Perform the decontamination and cleaning of instruments and equipment according to IFUs; disassemble items as needed for effective cleaning. Conduct visual inspections of instruments and equipment before assembly and packaging. Ensure proper sterilization methods are followed according to IFUs while checking all external indicators, filters, and labels. Document work accurately using instrument tracking software or paper documentation as required. Utilize critical thinking and decisive judgment within the scope of the job; maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment. Requirements: Minimum Required Education: High School diploma or GED. Licensure/Certification: Certification as a CSPDT or CRCST required within 1 year of hire. Minimum Experience: No previous experience necessary.
