Hallmark Aviation is seeking professional Airline Ramp Turnaround Coordinators at Newark Liberty International Airport.
PAID TRAINING PROVIDED! PREVIOUS AIRLINE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!!!

Requirements and Skills Needed
- Minimum 12 months airline experience preferred; Ramp & Bagroom experience preferred
- Proficient knowledge of airline product systems and procedures
- Knowledge of airline computer systems
- Ability to perform under pressure
- Ability to work in teams and lead ramp team
- Able to travel for training
Responsibilities
- Coordinate Weight and Balance documentation with Load Control
- Maintain daily trip files and station traffic report as well as all aircraft handling related statistical data
- Supervision of ramp functions
- Operational safety/load security checks on aircraft prior to departure, including coordination of all operational activities during irregularities
- Coordinate all phases of aircraft handling, including catering, cleaning, fueling, crew and passenger boarding/de-boarding
- Loading/unloading and verifying buildup/preparation of cargo destined for bulk loading or in unit load devices
- Ensure all cargo or luggage is properly tied down or secured in the compartments
- Close coordination with gate, steering of boarding and de-boarding related passenger service processes
- Secure proper handling of Bagscan
- Provide daily monitoring reports to the Manager about handling performance, delays, and reasons
- Responsible for LBI (Left Behind Baggage Index) control
- Ensure implementation of new procedures, processes or product features and enhancements
- Plan for and ensure irregularities are handled in accordance with customer, economic and legal considerations
- Report any flight handling irregularities
- Ensure that all aspects of the ground handling operation comply with Safety, Security and Legal regulations
- Performance and proper documentation of checks performed under the station operations surveillance concept
Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience
- At least 18 years old, with a High School Diploma or GED
- English proficient; other languages may be required
- Terminal and airport operations knowledge and experience preferred
- Retail and/or hospitality work experience required
- Able to stand 3-4 hours at a time
- Reading & comprehension of reference materials, instructions, policies & procedures
- Valid US work authorization
- Professional demeanor and exceptional presentation
- Flexible schedule & availability
- Background check, fingerprinting required
- Drug screen required prior to the day of hire
