Medical Oncology Clinic - Infusion Area Employment Type:
Locum Tenens, Travel RN Shift:
8-hour day shifts, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm Guaranteed Hours:
40 hours per week Contract Duration:
13 weeks (September 20, 2025 - December 20, 2025) No weekends, holidays, or on-call required Estimated Weekly Salary
Estimated Weekly Salary Range:
$2050-$2200 per week Registered Nurse Qualifications
Active RN license in West Virginia or compact state (Registered Nurse jobs in WV) Minimum 1 year recent experience in oncology nursing or infusion therapy BLS certification (AHA required) ONS/ONCC certification required Chemo/biotherapy card preferred OCN certification preferred Proficient in port access, PICC line care, and maintenance Experience with EPIC charting system preferred Oncology RN Responsibilities
Deliver safe and effective infusion therapy to oncology patients Administer chemotherapy and biotherapy treatments per clinical protocols Monitor patients for adverse reactions and provide timely interventions Perform port and PICC line access, care, and maintenance Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team Accurately document patient care using EPIC EMR Maintain a compassionate and professional environment for patients and families
