Essential Duties (aka Your Daily Adventures)

  • Become a marketing maven, sharing community info.
  • Be the calm in the storm when responding to emergency calls and alarms – your cool head saves the day!
  • Master the art of Stat Check System administration – because who doesn't love a good system?
  • Channel your inner secret agent with periodic building rounds to keep everything ship-shape and secure.
  • Embrace your inner handyperson by creating service requests for any items that need maintenance attention at the desk, and keeping office supplies stocked and ready for action.
  • Spread sunshine and smiles with your courteous service to residents, guests, and co-workers alike.
  • Be the resident superhero in the absence of the Resident Services Director – no cape required (but encouraged)!
  • Stay on your toes for other exciting duties that may pop up – variety is the spice of life!

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Possess strong team leadership skills
  • Workdays as assigned
  • In case of staff absence, coordinate cover by other staff member or cover self (excess of 40 hours/wk at overtime rate). (Management)
  • Greet residents and visitors
  • Fields and responds to resident requests/inquiries- Refer resident to Management
  • Assists in addressing resident concerns- Refer resident to Management
  • Performs administrative functions/record keeping/package logs
  • Accepts deliveries for residents
  • Assists residents with packages
  • Write incident reports
  • Camera monitoring (report suspicious activity to Security or Mgmt Office)
  • Maintain clean work area
  • Responsible for unit keys and realtor lockboxes
  • Manage traffic flow through of vendors and deliveries via the alley ensuring they have an elevator reservation on the calendar
  • Lobby attendant to accommodate residents and guests as required
  • Take cordial approach to all resident activities in accordance with guidelines set by Board of Directors
