Warehouse Associate

Description Summary: RANDYS is looking for a hardworking, self-motivated, enthusiastic team player to be part of our distribution center operations. Works with warehouse staff to pull, pick and ship orders to customers in an efficient and accurate manner. Assist daily with general warehouse duties, such as stocking shelves, kitting, and general cleanliness of warehouse. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Organize all printed orders from sales department that require shipping Responsible for pulling parts orders Responsible for replenishing shelves as needed Box and prepare orders for shipment Double check orders to ensure accuracy Includes both small parcel shipments and large stock orders shipped via LTL Backorder all components on stock orders Communicate backorders to warehouse lead or supervisor as necessary Process all orders in Warehouse Management System (WMS) system Ensure ship-to, ship-via and freight charges are correct on all orders Responsible for keeping work area clean and orderly Load and unload trucks as necessary with forklift and by hand Monitor Inventory and accuracy Clean, organize and maintain all warehouse areas to ensure safety and cleanliness. Perform other miscellaneous duties as required Will conduct these responsibilities in a professional and timely manner Follow all safety procedures and guidelines. Ability to continuously lift 50 lbs. and 80 lbs. occasionally. Ability to learn and effectively utilize company provided software for the management of materials within manufacturing facility including, tracking purchases, receipt of materials, and return or replacement items This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have a High school diploma or equivalent Ability to lift 50 lbs. Requirements Preferred Knowledge and Experience: Ability to work rapidly at a constant pace for the entire shift and experience working in a fast-paced environment Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple assignments Ability to safely operate forklift and other warehouse equipment Familiarity or experience with the use of TSP, Reach Truck or order pickers Ability to continuously lift 50 lbs. and 80 lbs. occasionally. Must be able to work in environment where air temperature varies due to outdoor weather changes (i.e. hot in summer, cold in winter).
