Job Overview

This job leads a team involved in operating a power plant. Under general direction, leaders in this role manage all aspects of site business and operations, achieving all production and business targets while maintaining an injury-free work site.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of new and developing solar and storage assets associated with our ROI fleet and manage a team of technicians in daily operations and maintenance.
• Collaborate with peers, stakeholders, central organizations support team, vendors and OEMs for the furtherance of organizational goals.
• Ensure all safety, environmental, performance, and budget targets are met.
• Develop and grow the team/business.
• Oversee and approve procurement activities of the site.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Strongly Preferred Qualifications

• Engineering Degree - Electrical preferred
• Demonstrated strong leadership and management skills
• Solid technical background and field services experience with strong problem solving skills
• Ability to successfully handle multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Superior organizational, time management and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple complicated tasks and achieve flawless execution
• Strong business process management skills
• Six Sigma skills or equivalent quality skills
• Travel Required - 50%

Required Qualifications

• High School Grad / GED
• Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience
• Experience: 5+ years
• Supervisor/Management Experience: 2+ years

• Bachelor's Degree
