Enhancement Manager . Heres what youd do: The Enhancement Manager (EM) schedules and directs personnel and resources to provide quality, cost-effective enhancement services to clients. EMs support the Account Manager(s) in estimating, design, and client meetings, and also sell enhancement services to clients independently. The EM oversees a commercial landscape portfolio and multiple service teams, responsible for training and developing staff through daily operations and guidance. Youd be responsible for: Understanding client needs through regular communication with the Account Manager(s). Managing all landscape enhancement services, including coordination of materials, personnel, equipment, and subcontractors to ensure quality work. Inspecting properties prior to scheduled services to develop specific action plans. Understanding irrigation systems, identifying repairs or adjustments, and communicating recommendations. Monitoring landscapes post-service for insect or disease issues. Performing hands-on work with crews as needed to meet scheduling demands. Implementing and enforcing BrightView policies related to equipment upkeep, maintenance, storage, use, and safety training. Collaborating with the Branch Manager to identify staffing needs, hire staff, and prepare daily schedules. Ensuring all employee paperwork is completed accurately. Communicating with, training, counseling, disciplining, reviewing, and developing growth plans for employees. Providing hands-on training in equipment operation, pruning, safety, and quality standards. Focusing on safety and monitoring safety records. Managing administrative systems, including timesheets, job databases, and service schedules. Ordering materials, monitoring costs, and managing deliveries. Requesting purchase orders in accordance with company guidelines. Assisting in enhancement sales tasks as needed. You might be a good fit if you have: A minimum of a 2-year degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience. At least 3 years of customer service, management, and leadership experience within the landscaping industry or local marketplace, including 1 year of supervisory experience.
