A hospital 45 minutes from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, has an opening for an OB Hospitalist to join their team.

Opening details:

• Candidate Type: MD (Medical Doctor); DO (Osteopathic Doctor)
• Job Type: Perm
• Disciplines: WAC (Women & Children)
• Work Schedule: 48 hours a week
• Setting: 100% inpatient
• Level III NICU
• Annual Volume: 2,600 deliveries
• Team Structure: 5 MDs, 3 NPs
• Open to new grads
• Must be board-certified

Responsibilities and duties are described below.

Responsibilities

• Respond to any emergency room/OB consults
• Participate in main OR cases such as ectopic pregnancies

Qualifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
• Active unencumbered OB Hospitalist Pennsylvania state license
• Graduate from a fully accredited MD or DO program
• One year of work experience as an OB Hospitalist
• One year of EMR experience
• Board Certified
