Your Role:
Lead and develop a high-performing team while managing staffing based on patient needs and unit goals.
Handle personnel responsibilities, including interviewing, training, performance evaluations, and motivating staff toward excellence.
Ensure quality patient care standards are met around the clock while promoting a supportive healthcare environment.
Qualifications:
Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience required; 3+ years preferred.
Current Texas RN license is a must.
